We enjoyed a spacious room and a delicious big breakfast with plenty of options. The location was perfect for walking to the center. Despite a few issues, like the elevator and some water problems, I'd recommend this place.

All the personnel was pretty friendly and great. It was a marvellous location for us, short walk to the center, bus station and downtown and Brazil. There was Carolina Prime Steakhouse within walking distance of the hotel.

We arrived to find a toilet that wouldn’t flush and a broken phone, but they did fix those the same day. the elevator was a hassle since the button for our floor was out of service, which meant a lot of stairs! Plus, on our second last day, we lost water for a few hours. Not the best way to ring in the New Year!
